The government of Ontario approached the team to design an online tool for parents and caregivers of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities who found it challenging to find information about funding and lifespan transition planning in Ontario.

I worked in collaboration with the research department to review collected data, participate in focus groups to understand families journeys and identify common problems that they face.

Using the collected and analyzied research I designed a portal for caregivers and individuals with IDD that explores the topic of individualized funding and helps users find age-appropriate information.
